Dear Ms Jhumur,
Yea, the trip ended, and I must express my great thanks for the thoguhtful, considerate arrangemnt throughout the trip. It's been such a wonderful and well-organized tour which is far from our expectation. We knew it's each and every tour guide, our driver, your work that made us safe and enjoyable during our stays in the country.

Besides, I'd also like to give my compliment to our driver (Mr. Pappu) for taking great care of us and leading us all the way from the desert to Delhi. He's been thoguthful and easy-going to whatever suggestion we made, and tried his very best to cater to our expectation to explore more, his sophisticated and careful driving skills also assure us a safe and comfortable long road trip during the tour. He made every endeavor to solve problems ahead of us, e.g.: there're 1-2 traffic jams during the long-journey travel, and he just flexibly choose another by-pass to free us from being caught in the heavy traffic for hours; besides, he's also keen on stopping the car for our pic-taking whenever anything special and intersting encountered.

The tour itself is fruitful and enjoyable to us, so, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

thanks
Bonnie

INDIA TRIP REPORT BY R J RUSSELL - BOOKED WITH PRUDENT NETWORKS

----- Original Message -----
From: Bob To: RANA - PRUDENT NETWORKS
Sent: Monday, November 09, 2009 7:54 PMSubject: Re: Holiday - RussellGood afternoon Mr Rana,Sorry we have not yet sent our report as promised. In general we were pleased with the organisation of the tour. All arrangements had been made as promised.Hotels/Accommodation:Most hotels were good and food was generally acceptable and generous.Food at RANTHAMBHOR, TIGER DEN RESORT was not so good. The Hotel at KANHA, MOGLI RESORT was very badly 'run down' and in need of maintenance. We would not recommend that you use this hotel in future. We were told by tourists that there are other good hotels in the region of Kanha.Travelling:The road transport was OK although the standard of driving is frightening and frankly dangerous (not specific to your drivers, it seems to be the rule in India) ! Rail transport is confusing for foreigners. We had a problem knowing where we were and when to get off the train. We missed our stop (Umaria). It was dark and there is no lighting at many stations. Also station signs (if any) are often in Hindi script. There are no announcements either in the train or at the stations. It is not feasible to repeatedly wake passengers and ask them "Where are we?"Game viewing:After several disappointments, we did manage to see tigers at Khana. We also saw many deer, birds etc.Tour guides:We personally find guides of limited use and more interested in tips or taking us to a shop where they have commission. For this reason we dispensed with their services in Delhi and Agra./The guide in Fatepour Sikri was quite objectionable because: (a) His English was not very good, and (b) He insisted and bullied us into making a consequent "charity" contribution to the mosque. (We hope that the money is not going to Al-Qaeda !)In general the tour was varied, interesting and informative. Please do not take this report as criticism of your organisation, rather we hope that it will be useful for planning future tours.Thank you for looking after us.Yours faithfully,R J Russell.

KERALA TRIP REPORT BY MUNIR CHERIYAN -- TRAVELLED WITH PRUDENT NETWORKS

Subject: Re: Review of Kerala tour
Dear Joy
First I want to thank you, on behalf of my family, for arranging a truly wonderful tour for us. We enjoyed every single minute of it. Below are some of our comments.1. Bombay arrangements: We were met promptly at the airport on both times (before and after our kerala tour) by Saleem and we were well taken care of. He appeared promptly for our transfers to the airport. The vehicle (Qualis) was also satisfactory. The hotels in Bombay were good. The Hyatt airport is a typical Hyatt hotel. The Marine Plaza is a good hotel, with good service and with a good location on Marine Drive and near the shopping and tourist areas. We actually prefer it to the Oberoi and Hilton which were nearby and which we visited. The Marine Plaza was a good choice on your part.2. The Kerala tour was one of the best we have been on (and I have been to 35 countries in my life and taken tours almost everywhere). We appreciate very much that they provided us with a more comfortable vehicle (Tempo Traveller) because 7 days in a Qualis would not have been very comfortable.Outstanding also was the driver, Mr. Durga Ram. He was a careful and considerate driver, and did not drive too fast or take any risks. We are nominating him for “Driver of the Year” and we will specifically ask for him when we do our tour of South India’s temples in the near future. It was fortunate that my wife spoke fluent tamil, so we could converse well with him and thus made it enjoyable for us.The CGH earth hotels are excellent and unique. We are thankful we did not stay in a typical 5-star western-style hotel. The service and food was very good in all CGH hotels. You may be interested to know that, in Ernakulam, I found the house that I was born in and spent the first few years of my life! I also found the first pre-school that I attended! The Club Mahindra at Munnar was also very good. They attempt to have many activities so that no one is bored. My daughters took full advantage of these activities here as well as at the Spice Village in Periyar and Coconut Lagoon in Kumarakom. Service in all hotels was good. The one exception to all of the above is the Ashtamundi Resort in Kollam. I suggest that you no longer book anyone at this Resort. It appears it is not maintained well, it was the only hotel on our trip where the rooms had an excessive number of insects, the rooms had not been dusted and the road to the hotel from the National Highway was very bad. Please avoid booking any tourists, especially from abroad and especially if it is only overnight. Perhaps those who stay for the ayurvedic activities for longer periods may find it acceptable. It is better to travel directly from Alleppey or Kottayam to Kovalam than to break journey stay at this resort. The Sea Face hotel in Kovalam was good, with good service, pleasant staff at the desk and restaurants, although it was only a 3-star hotel. It’s location was much better than Le Meridien. We could not do everything we planned on those three days in Kovalam, such as the trip to Kanyakumari because of the tsunami, but we enjoyed the rest at Kovalam. The houseboat trip was also very enjoyable. In fact, the lunch on the houseboat was the best-tasting meal we had on the whole trip!If we had to do it again, I would add an extra day each at the Spice Village and Coconut Lagoon, and eliminate the stay at Kollam and stay only two nights at Kovalam. So you can see we had a wonderful time, and we owe a good deal of it to you for arranging the tour. We will certainly recommend you to all our friends and we will count on you when we need travel services in India again.
Sincerely,
Munir Cheryan

Hello Joy,

Back in freezing cold Paris..with very fond memories of our trip to India.> Having already visited Rajasthan, Kerala and Goa, I was delighted to discover Tamil Nadu, which I found to be both enchanting and moving. Thank you again for being so helpful in organizing the details of the trip> during the busy Christmas season. Everything went very smoothly, and finally, I am happy that we remained in Madurai…where we were able to> combine visiting the temples and sights with relaxation at the Gateway, which is a lovely property. I would like to say a special word about our driver/guide, Bala, who was absolutely outstanding. He really made a great difference in ensuring that> everything was perfect all along the way.

Francois De Marigny will be transferring you the balance we owe you by early next week. Wishing you the very best for the New Year…and hoping to return to India in the near future.

Jagriti We arrived home yesterday and this is just to thank you for organising the tour so well. We will definitely be happy to use Prudent Networks next time we visit India and will recommend you to our friends. We really enjoyed the tour. Mani, the driver, was excellent, as was the guide in Cochin (Augustin Lopez). Kerala was well worth seeing and although 10 days was far too tight to do it justice, the itinerary worked well. It was a nice combination of coast, backwaters, mountains and history. We deliberately chose not to stay in DeLuxe hotels because they would be too westernised and we were very happy with the hotels you organised. Most of the accommodation was very good. The only slight disappointments were Varkala (the people were nice but the hotel (although well-situated and clean), was rather lacking in comforts, especially for a first night) and Alleppey, where the hotel swimming pool was too dirty to use, though otherwise the hotel, room and food were good. Thanks again.

There are just a few things we want you to know about, and I think you could easily improve. Dear Joy,

“Very happy to report that we were absolutely delighted with our Christmastrip to Tamil Nadu, and with all the arrangements that you made for us alongthe way. Having already traveled to Rajasthan, Kerala, and Goa, this was ourfirst trip to this very authentic region. The various Hindu temples areawesome, and the countryside and markets, lovely and colorful. It made senseto begin at the Fisherman’s Cove right on the beach, as it allowed us bothto relax and swim, but also to take advantage of the many sights to see inMahallapuram, only twenty minutes away. A perfect way to begin our trip.We continued to Pondicherry, with its very particular charms, and then movedon to Thanjavar and Madurai, where the guides you provided gave us anexcellent education about the temples themselves and Hindu worship andcustoms. Our driver, Bala, was extraordinary. Both the Ideal River Viewnear Thanjavar, in a beautiful country setting on a river, and the Gatewayin Madurai, on a hill overlooking the city, were lovely choices, as theyallowed us to relax in beautiful settings, just minutes away from all thepoints of interest and hustle and bustle of the cities. Thank you foreverything. I was happy to return to Prudent Networks, and find the samequality of service and efficiency that you have shown me on previous tripsthat you have organized for me and my friends. INDIA TRIP REPORT BY MYRIAM OLONDO FROM SPAIN --- TRAVELLED WITH PRUDENT NETWORKS

Client Commendations
3rd September, 2009
We are very pleased with the tour we did with your company. Everything went smooth and we had not any major issue. We were very happy with the hotels selected by you (we take the opportunity to thank you for the upgrades you got in some of the cities we visited) The drivers (especially Mr. Singh) were very experienced. The guides were good and explained the site/cities very well. In the case of the guides of Delhi and Agra, they also recommended us not to visit the Red Fort as they told us that they did not worth the visit. The only issue (minor) we had, was in Agra and it related to the electric van from the Taj Mahal to the parking were the car was parked as the guide (without consulting) decided that we should take a tuk-tuk (and pay for that) instead of the free electric van. This was clarified and we took the van. We consider that the time we had spent in each city is appropriate, except in two cases that, in our opinion, it should be modified: 1.- Agra – As we visited Fatehpur Sikri before arriving in Agra, and we stayed only one night in Agra, we had to visit Fatehpur Sikri very quickly and, if we would had visited the Red Fort, we hardly had time to visit the Taj Mahal. We suggest you to recommend (to future tourists) to stay 2 nights in Agra or at least, to leave Agra in the afternoon/evening of the second day to have time to visit everything more slowly. 2.- Varanasi – Again is our suggestion to recommend to stay only one night in Varanasi or, if staying two nights, to see the Ganges Aarti the first evening, to visit the city during the next morning and, in the afternoon, visit Sarneth, taking the following morning (before leaving to the airport) the boat in the Ganges at dawn. As mentioned before, we are very happy with the tour and the services your company has provided. We will recommend your agency to any person we know who is interested in visiting India. We also want to take the opportunity to mention that Mr. Singh is a very good driver (his experience and skills are really good!). Apart for driving with care, he has been very good with us, taking care of us all the time he has been with us, and even acting as a guide sometimes. He has been very nice with us, smiling and laughing and making our trip very pleasant.
Regards, Myriam

Dear MRS. jHUMUR After our visit in India we have been very busy and have had little time to express our feelings about our vacation in India. But today I am ready. Generelly we had a very good trip to India. It was well planned and with a lot of interesting exitements over the 17 days. We were both very satisfied with everything. The trip to Ratjestan was very intereting – a lot of handsome palaces and temples and interesting cities. We had a very good driver with a high level of service. The hotels were generally on high level – only in Agra we had small problems. The heritage hotels were exiting and with good service. The trip to Varanassi was well planned and with a good hotel. It was very interesting to see the spiritual life and culture around Ganges. The trip to Goa was very relaxing – top hotel and good atmosphere. All logistic and tourist guiding in englishon the whole vacation functioned very well and without any problems. I will tell my friends who want to visit India about Prudent Network. Have a good weekend. Many greeting to you and your collegees.

Comments on the tour:
This was our first experience in North India, and so naturally I had some apprehensions before the start of the tour. But once the tour kick started, we found everything to be perfect.
The sight of Mr. Ankur at Delhi Airport early in the morning was very heartening. He seems to have made meticulous planning of the entire tour, and even gave me a personalised tour itinerary upon arrival at the Hotel.
The driver of our car, Mr. Jagdev was excellent, very soft spoken, and always on time. He gave the right kind of advice at every place we stopped.
I had given a tough time to Ms. Ashima, as I made many changes to the original plan, and she always obliged with a swift response after incorporating the changes.
The tour itinerary was very good and it gave us a deep insight into what India really is.
Suggestions & Recommendations:
Since I am happy with the tour, I do not have anything to suggest or recommend, except to say “Keep up the Good Work” and references will work for you.
When you are planning to visit India again: October 2010
